However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning products exclusively and only in case of receipt of a defective product. You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge, within a period of 7 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case you are not charged with transport costs.

Returns are accepted provided that:

• You contacted our online store on the same day or the next business day and sent a photo of the defective product.
• The products are in the same condition in which you received them.
• The product comes with the retail receipt.

If you wish to return the products you purchased from our online store, you must notify us in writing at info@Teesney.com stating the date/number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the return within the above deadline. Provided that you receive a written return authorization from Teesney.com, the address to which the products for return must be sent is to the Teesney store or you can deliver them yourself to our store in Thessaloniki, Stratigou Makrygianni street , number 19 and after the product condition has been checked by the responsible employee, to guide you on the further steps.

If you are receiving by courier, in this case:

1. Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
2. Send the parcel, after contacting the company through the courier agency that we will indicate to you, in our consideration.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
